We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 day after receiving your item to request a return, exchange and refund.
Key Points About Our Return/Exchange Policy
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE will be accepted for size issue, quality, or personal preferences. We publish the exact sizes & quality of our products in the product description. Please review them carefully before ordering.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION of the returned item.
An UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST to initiate a return/exchange request for damaged or wrong items. The video must show the package seals intact and clearly capture the defect or incorrect item.
We do not offer refunds for products ordered by mistake or for different products mistakenly ordered.
The decision of the UPASNAM team regarding the eligibility of a return/refund/exchange is final, based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer.
If the customer contacts us after the 3-day return/exchange policy has lapsed, UPASNAM will not be able to process those requests.
Eligibility for Our 3-Day Refund Policy
Our 3-day refund policy is strictly applicable only to the following cases, which must be verified via the unboxing video:
Wrong Item Received: The item delivered is different from the one ordered.
Defective or Damaged Item Received: The item is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, inserts, and in its original packaging.
Cases Not Eligible for Return/Refund
The following cases will NOT be eligible under our 3-day refund policy:
Any item that has been damaged, stained, or washed by the customer.
Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
Any item not in its original condition.
Items purchased during a sale or using a significant discount (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
Partial amount will not be refunded since its belong to logistics
Refund Process
Approved returns will be processed as a refund to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account).
The refund amount will be the item cost minus a handling cost (which covers processing, packaging, and original shipping fees, even for orders with 'free' shipping).
In case of Prepaid Orders where the customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued after deducting 50% shipping fees.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us Immediately: Please reach out to our customer service team via support@upasnam.com/9259273712 within 3 day of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order number, clear photos and the mandatory unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect product, and a brief description of the issue.
Return Approval: Our team will review the evidence. If your return is eligible, we will initiate a return courier request.
If a return courier pickup is not available for your pincode, you will need to courier the product back to us. We will issue the refund after the product is delivered to us and passes inspection.
Inspection & Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the return is approved, your refund (item amount minus handling cost) will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) & recieve the product again.
